Dried Bay Leaf
The bay leaf is a common aromatic leaf used in cooking. You can use them as whole or as dried or as powder.
Fresh or dried bay leaves gives off a distinctive flavour and fragrance and a great complement in cooking as flavour enhancer. The leaves are put in the cooking process and removed after the dishes are done. The leaves are often used to flavour soups, stews and braises.
In the Asia region, rice dishes like Biryani, uses bay leaf as an ingredient in the garam masala, curry, soups, stews, brines, meat, seafood, vegetable dishes and sauces.
